The promotional page and the entry (index) designs prepared by us must bear the signature of Has Graphic & Metin2Tasarım .
Design fees are collected in advance at the start of the job . Additional requests or changes will be assessed as an additional design fee.
In order for the design process to proceed efficiently, all the information requested from you must be submitted completely and accurately .
All work is delivered in visual formats .
Photoshop (.PSD) or editable source files are not delivered.

Once the design process has begun, the fee for designs worked on is non-refundable .
However, returns are possible for orders where the design process has not started or where no work has been done.
